阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗60例寻常型银屑病疗效研究

Curative Effect Study on Acitretin A combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treating 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris

目的观察阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效，为临床治疗提供依据。方法将120例寻常型银屑病例随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例；对照组单纯口服阿维A胶囊，而治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片，用药8～12周。结果治疗后，治疗组的皮损面积和严重程度指数（PASI）评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组的总有效率为93．3％，明显高于对照组的75．0％（P〈0．01）；均存在不同程度的不良反应，但2组的不良反应率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论阿维A联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗寻常型银屑病，能够提高疗效，降低肝肾的不良反应，是一种安全、高效的治疗方法。

[ Objective] To observe the curative effect of Acitretin A combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treating 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris, and provide basis for clinical treatment. [ Methods] Totally 120 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted oral Acitretin A therapy, and the treatment group added compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group, lasting 8-12 weeks. [ Results ] PASI score in the treatment group after treatment was much lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, much higher than the control group （ 75.0%, P 〈 0. O1 ）. Both of the groups existed adverse effect in different extent, but there was no significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Acitretin A combined with compound glycyrrhizin can raise curative effect, reduce side effect of liver and kidney and adverse effect in treating psoriasis vulgaris. It is a kind of safe and high-performance treatment method.
