子宫内膜腺癌细胞系的凝集素受体表达

Expression of Lectins receptors of JEC for a endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line

目的观察子宫内膜腺癌细胞系 (JEC)凝集素受体的表达。方法用ABC免疫组化技术检测JEC瘤源细胞第 72代、第 2 75代及裸鼠移植瘤细胞的WGA、ConA、PSA、PNA、PHA、DBA、LCA、SBA、USA、BSL、RCA、SJA等 12种凝集素受体。结果JEC的不同代次及裸鼠移植瘤细胞的 6种凝集素(WGA、ConA、PSA、PHA、RCA、LCA)受体呈阳性反应 ,而对PNA、DBA、SBA、UEA、BSL和SJA则呈阻性。结论JEC12种凝集素受体的显色反应是稳定的 ,并不因培养、冻存、传代及异种移植等因素影响而发生改变。

Objective To observe the expression of lectins in JEC, a endometrial adenocarcinoma cells line. Methods 12 lectins (WGA,ConA,PSA,PNA,PHA,DBA,LCA,SBA,UEA,BSL,RCA and SJA) receptors in cells smemars of original tumor ascites of 72th, 275th generation and nude mice transmissive tumor cells of JEC were studied by immunohistochemical ABC technique.Results WGA,ConA,PSA,PHA,RCA,LCA lectins receptors between different generations and nude mice transmissive tumor cells were positive and others were negative. Conclusion These lectins receptors stable in establishment process of JEC,they cannot be changed in effect at culture of freezing,handed down and heteroplastic transplantation.
