甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚水凝胶的药物释放动力学研究

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺为原料,合成了pH敏感甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚水凝胶,研究其牛血清白蛋白释放动力学和释放机理,结果表明:牛血清白蛋白释放具有较好的pH依赖性,丙烯酰胺或交联剂用量的增加,牛血清白蛋白释放量降低;pH 1.0时释放机理为Fickian扩散,pH 6.8时释放机理为非Fickian扩散。 The pH-sensitive poly(methacrylic acid-acrylamide) copolymer hydrogels were synthesized by using methacrylic acid and acrylamide as raw materials, and release kinetics and release mechanism of the bovine serum albumin (BSA) were also studied. The results show that the BSA release is good pH-dependent, and the amount of BSA release reduces with increasing the amount of acrylamide or crosslinking agent. The BSA release mechanism of the hydrogels is Fickian diffusion at pH 1.0 but non-Fickian diffusion at pH 6.8.
