摘要
通过对苏里格某天然气处理厂目前使用的除氧剂无水亚硫酸钠、联氨及二甲基酮肟除氧效果进行了分析对比,实验结果表明:无水亚硫酸钠除氧效果最好,加量为40 mg/L即可完全去除原水中的溶解氧,但后续会对锅炉产生不利影响。从安全、环保综合考虑,建议采用二甲基酮肟为除氧剂,加量为60 mg/L。
Deoxidization effects of deoxidizers （anhydrous sodium sulfite, hydrazine and dimethyl ketone oxime） currently used a natural gas treatment plant were analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that： the deoxidization effect of anhydrous sodium sulfite is the best; when its dosage is 40 mg/L, dissolved oxygen in the raw water can be completely removed, but it will be harmful to boiler.From comprehensive consideration of safety and environmental protection, dimethyl ketone oxime should be used as deoxidizer, its suitable dosage is 60 mg/L.
