JY油区长2油层控水压裂参数优选与效果分析

摘要 JY油区长2储层油水关系复杂,油层一般位于砂体上部,下部有大段底水存在,而且油水同层,油层与水层之间的隔层比较薄。针对JY油区长2储层边底水油藏的地质特点,优化射开程度(0.6~4.0m),利用低粘压裂液(50~100mPa·s),同时进行低排量(0.8~1.2m3/min),小规模压裂(3~15m3),优化裂缝长度(60m左右)等参数优选,变排量多级充填形成人工阻挡带控制缝高等多环节相结合的技术,有效的阻止了裂缝向下延伸,从而达到控制边底水,改善裂缝导流能力,提高油井产能。 The oil-water relationship of Chang 2 reservoir in JY oil area is very complex, the oil layer is generally located on the top of sandstone, a large segment of bottom-water exists under the sandstone, and the interlayer between water and oil is thin. Based on the geological features of the low permeability edge-bottom-water reservoir, the degree of opening shot was optimized (0.15 - 0.45), low displacement injection (0.8 - 1.2 m3 / min) and small-scale fracturing (3 - 15 m3) were carded out by using low viscosity fracturing fluid (50 to 100 mPa.s), and the fracture length (about 60 m) was optimized, multistage backfills were used to form artificial barrier zone to control fracture height. This multiple link combined technology is effective to prevent the cracks from extending down, which can control edge-bottom-water and improve the flow conductivity of the cracks to increase oil production capacity.
