氧化球团回转窑结圈物显微结构的特性 被引量:8

Characteristics of microstructure for ring-forming material of oxidized pellet rotary kiln

摘要 由于回转窑结圈现象频发,制约了球团生产水平的提高。通过对回转窑结圈物的显微结构、化学成分及矿相组成进行分析,以揭示物料在回转窑内的固结规律。研究结果表明:结圈物的主要矿物为铁氧化物,外层铁氧化物主要是Fe2O3,内层主要是Fe2O3、Fe3O4,铁氧化物内、外层平均质量分数可达到68.5%、85.05%,而液相量质量分数只有12.2%。结圈物外层存在由煤粉不完全燃烧沉积形成的渣相固结。 The ring-forming phenomenon in rotary-kiln production process occurred frequently, which constrained the improvement of pellet production level. In oraer to reveal consolidation law of material in rotary-kiln, the microstructure of ring-forming material, chemical composition and mineral component were studied. The research results showed that the main mineral of ring-forming material is iron oxides. The iron oxides in the external layer were mainly Fe2Oa and in the internal layer were mainly Fe2O3 and Fe3O4, respectively. The average content of iron oxides could reach 68.5 in the internal layer and 85.05% in the external layer, while the amount of liquid phase content was only 12.2 %.
