锌与高炉砖衬反应的试验研究

Experimental study on reaction between zinc and lining bricks of blast furnace

摘要 为了比较不同高炉砖衬的抗锌能力,选用炭砖、高铝砖进行了锌与高炉砖衬反应的试验研究。试验结果表明:1)1100℃、920℃及锌先扩散渗透后氧化试验结果均表明,锌与高铝砖发生化学反应,对高铝砖有较强的破坏作用,对炭砖的破坏作用则比较小;2)对2种高锌含量炭砖抗碱试验表明,2种炭砖抗碱性极差,说明锌的存在对炭砖的碱侵蚀有较强的促进作用;3)锌氧化试验结果表明,锌在500~1100℃范围内,在二氧化碳气氛下,可以发生氧化反应生成氧化锌,产生体积膨胀,导致高炉砖衬的破坏。 In order to compare zinc-resistance corrosion of different bricks of blast furnace lining, experimental study on reaction between zinc and the lining bricks was carried out using carbon brick and high aluminum brick. The results showed as follows: 1) The experiment result at 1 100, 920 ℃ and the experiment result of zinc permeation first and then oxidation indicated that zinc had great destruction effect on high aluminum brick, but less destruction effect on carbon brick when the chemical reaction happened between zinc and high aluminum brick; 2) The alkali resistance test of two kinds of carbon brick containing high zinc indicated that both carbon bricks had very poor alkali resistance, and it also indicated that zinc could promote alkaline erosion greatly when zinc existed; 3)The oxidation test result of zinc indicated that zinc could happen oxidation to generate zinc oxide, causing volume expansion, and then leading to the destruction of blast furnace lining bricks at 500--1 000℃ and in atmosphere of carbon dioxide.In order to compare zinc-resistance corrosion of different bricks of blast furnace lining, experimental study on reaction between zinc and the lining bricks was carried out using carbon brick and high aluminum brick.
