精轧工艺对汽车大梁钢氧化铁皮厚度的影响

Influence of finish rolling technology on iron oxide scale thickness of truck beam steel

摘要 为了降低热轧汽车大梁钢的氧化铁皮厚度,采用模拟方法分析了热轧工艺参数对表面氧化铁皮厚度的影响。模拟分析结果表明:精轧入口温度从1 080℃降低到1 040℃时,氧化铁皮厚度约降低8μm,终轧温度从890℃降低到850℃时,氧化铁皮厚度降低2.5μm;轧制速度从3.5m/s提升到6.5m/s时,氧化铁皮厚度降低了约7μm;总压下率对氧化铁皮厚度的影响较小,当压下率从74%增加到87%时,氧化铁皮的厚度降低约2μm;在总压下率一定的条件下,增加上游机架压下率会增加氧化铁皮厚度,而增加下游机架压下率则会降低氧化铁皮厚度。 In order to reduce the iron oxide scale thickness of hot rolhng trucR beam steel, The influence of hot rolling parameters on iron oxide scale thickness was analyzed using simulation methods. The simulation analysis results showed that the iron oxide scale thickness was reduced about 8. 0 μm when the finishing inlet temperature was decreased from 1 080 ℃ to 1 040 ℃. The iron oxide scale thickness was reduced 2.5μm when finishing temperature was decreased from 890 ℃ to 850 ℃. The iron oxide scale thickness was reduced about 7. 0μm when rolling speed was increased from 3.5 m/s to 6. 5 m/s. The total reduction rate had slight influence on the iron oxide scale thickness. The iron oxide scale thickness was reduced about 2. 0μm when the total reduction rate was increased from 74 % to 87 % . When the total reduction rate was kept unchanged, the iron oxide scale thickness would be increased as the increase of reduction rate of upstream frame.
