呼气末二氧化碳在口腔手术中监测的意义

Measurement of P_(ET) CO_2 and its significance in oral operation

目的观察口腔手术中PETCO2 波形的 3个定性指标和一个定量指标 ,了解异常PETCO2波形在口腔手术中监测的作用。方法使用呼气末二氧化碳监护仪通过气管导管作连续的PETCO2 监测。结果口腔手术中异常的PETCO2 波形对于气管导管误入食道 ,导管脱落 ,呼吸道梗塞 ,通气不足有重要的诊断价值。结论口腔手术中连续的PETCO2 监测对于预防和早期发现一些严重并发症是非常有意义的。

Objective [WT5”BZ]To explore the value of P ET CO 2 wave in oral operation. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Three qualitative and a quantitative indices of P ET CO 2 were monitored through trachea intubation with CO 2 monitor. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]Abnormal P ET CO 2 wave was valuable in diagnosis of inadvertent insertion into the esophagus, obstruction of the respiratory tract, and insufficient of ventilation. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]In oral operation continuous P ET CO 2 monitoring is very helpful in the prevention and early diagnosis of the some severe complications. [WT5”HZ]
