on December 27, 2013, the National Business Conference （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Conference＂）was held in Beiiing. Major tasks of the Conference are to fully implement the spirits of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Economic Working Conference as well as the series of important speeches delivered by the General Secretary Xi Jinping, to summa- rize work in 2013 and to study and deploy work in 2014.
