摘要
当前,暴力犯罪时有发生,警察执法战斗面临着前所未有的挑战。如何合理有效使用枪支以提高警察战斗力成为亟待解决的问题。针对我国警察使用枪支的现状,提出新时期加强我国警察射击训练的方法:岗前射击训练、岗位专项训练、定期射击技能考核,并就每一阶段的具体内容及训练方法进行分析。最后,就射击训练中应注意的问题提出几点建议。
The recent social order is severely violated by violent offenses. The police face more challenges from this. How to effectively use the gun becomes a problem urgently to be solved. But there exist many problems with the use of guns in our country. Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes the methods to strengthen the training of police shooting in China in the new period： pre firing training,job training and regular shooting skills assessment. Ant this paper puts forward personal views on the specific content and training methods of each stage. Finally,the author puts forward some personal suggestions on problems which should be taken into account in shooting training.
