摘要
目的 探讨 82例老年不同类型脑缺血性中风患者血浆中内皮素 - 1(ET - 1) ,降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)与多切变黏度相关性改变对缺血性脑血管病的影响。方法 用放免分析法 (RIA)检测。结果 ET - 1改变与多切变黏度呈正相关 ,而CGRP的血浆水平与多切变黏度呈负相关 ,这两种相关性在脑梗死组的低切变率时较显著 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 ①ET - 1除对脑血流和血管有收缩、调节作用外 ,还能使血黏度升高 ,参与脑梗死的形成机制。②对ET - 1和血黏度增高的脑梗死患者 ,应尽早进行稀释和放射介入治疗。③血浆ET - 1、CGRP。
Objective To investigate effects of endothelin 1(ET 1),calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)and viscosity on ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD). Method Radio mmunological assay was used to determine these indexes. Results ET 1 was positively correlated to viscosity,CGRP was negatively correlated to viscosity,and these two correlations were remarkable at slow shear rate. Conclusion ① ET 1 might not only constract blood vessel and adjust blood stream,but also increase blood viscosity and participate in formation mechanism of ICVD. ② Patients of ICVD with high ET 1 blood viscosity should be given dilution and radiation therapy as soon as possible. ③ The level of ET 1,CGRP and viscosity was correlated to the degree of brain damage.
