摘要
目的:筛选菝葜抗非小细胞肺癌细胞活性物质。方法:采用溶剂法、明胶沉淀法和大孔吸附树脂纯化技术,将菝葜提取分离为乙醇粗提物、总鞣质、总黄酮3个物质部位,利用细胞计数仪测定3种物质部位抗A549、NCI-H522、NCI-H23细胞存活率。结果:从菝葜提取分离的3种物质部位均有不同程度抗非小细胞肺癌细胞活性,其中鞣质部位致非小细胞肺癌细胞存活率最低,并在浓度范围内呈现出良好的计量依耐性。结论:鞣质为菝葜主要抗非小细胞肺癌细胞活性物质。
Objective: To Screen anti-NSCLCC active components from the rhizomes of Smilax china L. Methods: Ethanol crude extracts, tannins and flavonoids were extracted and separated from Smilax china L. by using solvent method, gelatin precipitation and macroporous adsorption resin purification technology. The survival rates of A549, NCI-H522, NCI-H23 were measured by cell counting instrument. Results: All the extracts had different anti-NSCLCC activities, tannins showed the best activity against A549, NCI-H522, NCI-H23 cells and presented good dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: Tannins are the main anti-NSCLCC ingredients of the rhizomes of Smilax china L.
