小脑幕硬脑膜动静脉瘘诊治体会

摘要 目的 探讨小脑幕硬脑膜动静脉瘘的临床特点、诊断、治疗.方法 2011年3-10月共诊治9例小脑幕硬脑膜动静脉瘘患者,均经数字减影血管造影（DSA）证实,8例行单纯栓塞治疗,1例栓塞治疗后手术切除.结果 9例瘘口均完全消失,达到解剖治愈,6例临床症状完全消失,3例明显缓解.1例失访,8例随访6～12个月,无复发及加重者.结论 小脑幕硬脑膜动静脉瘘危害性大,应积极干预,治疗主要以栓塞为主.
