摘要
目的:探索阿莫西林缓释片的研制。方法:以HPMC为骨架制成阿莫西林缓释片,分别测定当HPMC用量为5%、8%、10%和15%时,以及当释放介质pH值为1.2、5.6和6.8时阿莫西林的释放度,并测定压片机压力为5~7kg和7~9kg时药物的释放度。结果:当HPMC的用量为10%时,阿莫西林的释放较为理想;释放介质的pH值升高,释放度明显降低;片剂硬度对释放度几乎无影响。结论:阿莫西林缓释片体外释放度符合要求。
To explore the preparation of amoxycillin sustained release tablet. Method: Determine the releasing rate of prepared amoxycillin while the amount of HPMC used were 5%,8%, 10% and 15% respectively;while the pH values of releasing media were 1. 4,5. 8 and 6. 8 respectively, and also while the pressure of the tablet press were 5-7 and 7~9kg. ResultS:When the amount of HPMC used was 10% the release of amoxycillin is ideal. When the pH value of releasing media is higher the releasing rate decrease significantly. The hardness of tablet do not significantly affect releasing rate. Conclusion: In vitro releasing of this preparation accord with the demands of clinical use.
