红景天素抗大鼠心肌衰老作用的实验研究

Experimental study of anti-ageing effects of rhodosin on myocardium in rats

目的 探讨红景天素抗心肌衰老作用。方法 1 0只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机均分为实验组 (从第 1 4月龄至 2 4月龄每天定时肌注红景天素 1次 ,1 5mg/kg体重 )和对照组 (2 4月龄 )。用化学发光法和 TBA法测大鼠血清和心肌中的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及过氧化脂质 (LPO) ,用透射电镜观察心肌超微结构的变化。结果 与对照组比较 ,实验组大鼠血清和心肌中的 SOD明显增加 ,L PO明显减少 ,实验组大鼠心肌超微结构衰老征象也明显减轻。

Objective To evaluate the antiageing effects of Rhodosin on myocardium.Methods Ten male wistar rats were equally divided into experimental group(EG,Rhodosin were I M injected at a dose of 15 mg/kg B.W/day during 14～24 months old)and control group(CG,24 months old).content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum and myocardium of rats were determined by chemiluminecent method and their content of lipid peroxide(LPO) were determined by TBA method.The ultrustructural changes in myocardium of rats were observed by electron microscope(EM).Results In comparison with CG,content of SOD of serum and myocardium in EG were markedly increased,and their content of LPO significantly decreased;The ageing features of cell ultrustructure of myocardium in EG were obviously decreased.Conclusions The Rhodosin possesses effects to prevent or prolong ageing of myocardium.
