概述了多孔板的装配关系及作用。详细叙述了超临界流体/聚合物发泡挤出机用多孔板的典型结构形式。通过超临界CO2/聚丙烯挤出发泡实验验证了典型结构形式的多孔板的使用效果。从实验结果出发,具体讨论了多孔板在超临界流体/聚合物挤出发泡挤出机中的必要性以及主要影响因素。从分析研究中得出了超临界流体/聚合物发泡挤出机用多孔板的设计原则及合理的结构。
Sketches the assembly relationship and function of multi-orilice. Descnbe the typical structure ot multi-orifice of the SCF/polymer foaming extruder in detail. By SC-CO2/PP extrusion experiments verified the effect of the typical structure of multi-orifice. Starting from the experimental results, discusses the necessity and the main affecting factors of multi-orifice in the SCF/polymer foaming extruder. From the analysis and research, obtains the design principles and the reasonable structures of multi-orifice of the SCF/polymer foaming extruder.
