Analyzing a case of losing eyeball with game theory

某医生未经同意擅自摘取死者眼球后 ,在医学界和法学界引起强烈反响。本文用博弈论分析之后认为 ,在人们的观念还没有进步到自愿捐献对自己无用而对他人和社会进步有用且稀缺的“资源”时 ,建议双管齐下 ,即舆论导向和立法 (立法时要考虑到我国国情 )同时进行 ,迫使人们合作。但需给予供方一定的经济补偿 。

A doctor took off the eyeballs of the dead without authorization, which caused the strong backwash in the medical field and the law circle. This paper thinks after analyzing it with the game theory, when people's concepts have not yet progressed to such extent that they contribute the resources useless for self but useful and rare for other and society advancement of one's own accord, it is suggested that work along both lines, namely guidance of public opinion and legislation with considering our country situation go along at the same time, compelling people to cooperate, but the suppliers need be given a certain mount of economic compensation so that the overall profits of society can be maximized.
