对新时期大学图书馆文化建设的思考

建设大学图书馆文化,优化育人环境,是培养大学生的创新能力、实践能力和开拓创新精神,普遍提高大学生的人文素养和科学素质,使之成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义现代化事业的建设者和接班人的重要保证.大学图书馆文化对图书馆文化主体起着规范行为与陶冶情操、发挥着提高图书馆员综合素质、体现着塑造大学图书馆整体形象、发挥着将组织内部的各种矛盾及时消弭的重要作用.因此,必须大力加强以大学图书馆精神文化、制度文化和物质文化为基本内容的大学图书馆文化建设.

The construction of university library culture and optimization of educational environment are guarantees for cultiva- ting of innovative ability, practicing ability, innovating spirit and improving their humanistic quality and scientific quality of college students, who will become builders and successors with ideals, morality, knowledge and discipline of socialism. Library culture plays an important role on aspects such as constructing subject norm of library culture, edifying sentiment, improving comprehensive quality of librarians, embodying the overall image of university library, and eliminating various contradictions within the organiza- tion. Therefore, we must strengthen construction of university library culture as its basic contents in spiritual culture, system culture and material culture and so on.
