摘要
实验以三组不同浓度(80 mg/L、120 mg/L和160 mg/L)的苯磺隆溶液处理斑马鱼胚胎,研究苯磺隆对斑马鱼胚胎孵化情况的影响.研究发现,随着苯磺隆溶液浓度升高,斑马鱼胚胎的孵化率逐渐降低,而且胚胎发育过程随之变缓.
In this experiment, zebrafish embryos were treated with different concentration of tribenuron-methyl solution ( 80 rag/L, 120 mg/L and 160 mg/L), and the influence of tribenuron-methyl on the hatching of zebrafish embryos was studied. It was shown that tribenuron-methyl challenge reduced the hatching rate of zebrafish embryos and delayed the development process of zebrafish embryos.
