精细控压钻井系统控制策略设计及实践 被引量:8

摘要 控压钻井技术是近年来发展起来的一项新技术,其核心是控压钻井自动控制系统。在国内外控压钻井技术发展基础上,基于智能化、信息化、集成化的钻井技术发展方向,采用分散集中控制思路、四层四级控制策略,研发出一套自主知识产权的精细控压钻井系统,实现了井筒压力闭环精细控制;该控制系统具备快速响应、智能诊断、优化决策等功能,系统集成控制软件运行稳定,界面友好,操作方便。该系统在川渝数十口井现场试验后,在冀东南堡油田进行工业应用,开启了国内自主控压钻井技术与装备工业应用的步伐,取得了显著应用效果。 Managed pressure drilling(MPD) technology is a new technology developed in recent years,the core of which is the MPD automatic control system. On the basis of the development of domestic and foreign MPD technology,the precise MPD- 1 system with independent intellectual property rights is developed by CCDC Drilling & Production Engineering Technology Research Institute,it used dispersed centralized control ideas,four- class and four- level control strategy to achieve precise control of wellbore pressure closed- loop. The control system has the features of fast response,intelligent diagnosis,optimizing decision- making functions. The integrated system control software is with stable working condition,user- friendly and easy to operate. After field tests in wells in Sichuan- Chongqing regions,it has been applied industrially in Jidong Nanpu Oilfield,and obtained good effect.
