定向井有杆抽油系统悬点最小载荷计算探讨 被引量:2

摘要 简便并准确地计算定向井悬点最小载荷是抽油机平衡性判断和某些工况判断的重要依据。当前油田现场使用的定向井有杆抽油系统悬点最小载荷计算方法存在较大偏差,采取经验比例系数修正后误差虽然有所减小,但方便性、准确性都有待提高。文章分析了常用的悬点最小载荷的计算方法,分析了其优缺点和适用性,探讨了抽油机上、下冲程的受力,找出了偏差的原因并提出一种新的解决方法,经油田现场数据对比效果良好,是定向井有杆抽油系统悬点最小载荷计算方法的有效的新选择。 The minimum load calculation for rod pumping system suspension point in directional well is the important basis for judging the equilibrium and working condition of pumping system. The relative merits and applicability of current calculation methods of suspension point minimum load were analyzed.Through analyzing and comparing the actual force of pumping unit up- down stroke,the error reasons of calculation result were found,and a new method suited for calculating suspension point minimum load was proposed. Compared with field actual measurement data,the new calculation method has higher accuracy.It is an effective choice of the minimum load calculation for rod pumping system suspension point in directional well.
