水平井爬行器驱动轮力学分析 被引量:13

摘要 随着水平井钻井技术的推广,水平井井下工具的下放已成为各国石油天然气行业高度关注的问题。由于井下作业工具在水平井中很难自行输送,因此引入了井下爬行器输送井下作业工具。文章主要研究爬行器驱动轮的受力情况,分析轮齿压入管壁产生压痕的犁沟效应,计算轮齿压入管壁深度、管壁塑性变形区范围。得出了驱动轮齿顶角与正压力、牵引力的关系,齿顶角取值范围,证明了压痕对套管壁的影响很小,轮齿的压入不会对管道的后续使用造成影响。最后利用有限元方法验证理论分析的正确性。为水平井爬行器的研究、设计以及制造奠定理论基础,对采用井下爬行器进行井下作业具有一定的指导意义。 The force of tractor's driving wheels was studied,the plow effect of the indentation caused teeth press into the pipe wall was analyzed,the depth of the teeth pressed into the pipe wall and the zone of wall's plastic deformation were calculated.The correlation among the addendum angle of the tractor's driving wheels,normal force and traction force was obtained. The addendum angle range of the driving wheels was determined,and the little effect of indentations on the pipe wall was proved. The wheel teeth pressed into the pipe will not effect the use of pipeline. Finally,it used the finite element method to verify the accuracy of the theory analysis. The paper's research established the theoretical foundation for research,design and manufacturing of the horizontal wells tractors.
