摘要 桥塞封层工艺中,复合材料桥塞卡瓦锚定后起到支撑桥塞锁定胶筒的作用,其性能的好坏直接关系到油井的产量和生产的安全。复合材料桥塞卡瓦容易钻铣,磨掉的碎屑轻小,可有效防止卡钻,特别适用于斜井、水平井,但同时也存在着坐封不稳、卡瓦易损坏等问题导致桥塞封层失效。运用实验方法和三维有限元数值模拟技术相结合的方法,对复合材料进行强度分析,并运用有限元技术对初步设计模型进行力学计算,预测卡瓦承受的最大轴向力和压差,为复合材料桥塞的实际生产提供了一定的指导作用。 In the formation sealing operation of bridge plug,the slips of the composite material bridge plug plays the role of supporting bridge plug and locking the uncured tube after anchoring,the its performance is directly related to the production of oil well and production safety. The slips of composite material bridge plug is easy to mill with light fragments,which can be easily circulated out to surface,and it is especially suitable for inclined well and horizontal well. However,there is still problem left to be solved,for slips of packer are vulnerable which may be results in failure of bridge plug. To solve the problem,first,the yield stress of composite material was obtained by comparing experiment results with numerical simulation of 3D finite element,and then the finite element model of slip was built. The maximum axial force and differential pressure of the slip was predicted by using the FEM model. Field test results showed that the measured value of the slip has good agreement with the calculation of FEM model.
