摘要
CO2驱开采技术越来越成为低渗透油藏提高采收率的重要方式,被世界各大油田所重视并试验。原有的CO2驱注入管柱采用整体式管柱设计,在后期进行管柱作业时,工序复杂,因此设计了CO2驱分体式丢手免压井作业注气工艺管柱,可以实现管柱锚定、反洗、分体式丢手、免压井作业等功能,并设计了管柱的配套工具—JY445封隔器、单向注气阀、密封插管等。在胜利油田纯梁高89区块进行应用以来,CO2注入顺利,密封性能良好,且取得了较好的增油效果。今年樊142-3-X7井成功通过该管柱实现了免压井换管柱作业,为以后CO2驱的推广和应用提供了很好的借鉴意义。
CO2flooding recovery technology has become theimportant method for EOR in low permeability oil reservoirs. According to the need for gas injecting,the separated gas injection string with releasing function was designed which can anchor the string,wash the well inversely,release the string with separated bodies,work without well- killing and so on. The matching tools were also designed,such as JY445 packer,check injecting valve,sealing intubation and so on. Field application results showed that the separated gas injection string with releasing function had good sealing performance,and obtained good increase production effect in the Chunliang Gao 89 block of Shengli Oilfield.
