摘要
根据压裂液重复使用技术原理,开发出了可重复使用压裂液体系。通过改变传统改性瓜胶压裂液体系的交联和破胶思路,实现了改性瓜胶压裂液体系的多次回收利用,形成了适用于不同地层温度,性能良好的可重复使用压裂液体系。在HC001-51井组进行了现场试用,施工效果较好,且现场回收工艺简单方便,易于操作。同时减少现场残液排放,利于保护环境,做到了资源的充分利用,特别适用于丛式井组,可节省运输费用和降低运输风险,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
According to the reuse technology theory of fracturing fluid,the reusable fracturing fluid system was developed.Through changing the crosslinking and gel breaking ideas of traditional modified melon gum fracturing fluid system,the reutilization of the system was realized,and new reusable fracturing fluid system was formed,which was suited for different formationtemperature and with good performance and construction effect.Field trial in HC001- 51 well group showed that the final flowback rate of the reusable fracturing fluid system reached 100%,the recovery process was simple and easy to operate. And the residual liquid discharge was reduced,the full use of the resources was realized,it was suited for the cluster well group,and could save transportation cost and reduce the risk of transportation,had obvious economic and social benefits.
