Test Method for Gloss of ABS Resin Part Ⅰ

通过对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)0215A光泽度测试方法的研究,总结出快速、准确测量光泽度的方法和条件。重点研究了测试仪器、测试角度以及测试过程中样品覆盖物对测试结果的影响。研究发现仪器预热30 min后,采用45°入射角测试,测试件覆盖黑色吸光板条件下,光泽度测试结果重复性好,标准偏差为0.52。

This paper summarized the quick and correct gloss determination method by research on the method for test of the 0215A ABS resin gloss. The effects of test equipment, test angle and specimen covering on the measured gloss were studied. It was found that the measured gloss values had good repeatability and the standard variance of 0. 52 when the specimen covered with black light absorbing plate was tested at the incident angle of 45 °after the test equipment was preheated for 30 minutes.
