摘要 通过对大直径电站钢管整体卷制技术研究,针对制造过程中超长钢板组对、翻身、输送、焊接、整体卷制、钢管抓取等工序过程,研制了一组辅助成套设备。在无需起吊设备辅助情况下,该成套设备实现了电站大直径钢管从钢板组对、翻身输送、纵缝焊接、整体卷制到校圆等各工序的一次性整体卷制成型,实现机械化流水线作业。经积石峡水电站压力钢管制造工程应用证明,整体卷制新技术高效、安全、可靠,适宜多种规格钢管电站压力钢管制造生产。 A set of auxiliary equipment has been developed, through technical research of integrated rolling of the large-diameter penstock for power plant, aimed to assembly steel plate with overlength and working procedure, such as steel pipe turning over, convey, welding, integrated rolling, grabbing and so on, in order to solve the issues, such as simple workmanship process for traditional hydropower penstock, inconvenient safety production with large scale. The complete set of equipment may achieve large diameter steel pipe one-time rolling and forming, from steel pipe assembly, turning over, longitudinal joint welding, integrated rolling to alignment eventually, without the assistant of lifting equipment, and therefore realize mechanized assembly line operations. Jishixia Hydropower station witnesses penstock manufacturing of integrated rolling with high efficiency, safety and stability; and suitable for penstock manufacturing for hydropower plant with a variety of specification steel pipes.
