电子商务交易中顾客价值和满意度及忠诚度的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 从电子商务交易中顾客价值的观点出发,进一步探讨其与顾客满意度及顾客忠诚度的关系,通过对收集的资料分析得出:消费者认知网站的「品质价值」、「成本价值」、「感受绩效」对于「满意度」皆有正面的影响;消费者认知网站的「满意度」、「成本价值」对于「忠诚度」皆有正面的影响。并提出建议。
