摘要 以吸光度为指标,研究美极梅奇酵母菌生长的曲线及碳源、氮源、装液量、接种量、 pH值及温度等对其生长的影响。美极梅奇酵母菌在YPD培养基中的生长曲线是0-10 h为延滞期,10-22 h为对数期,22-30 h为稳定期,30 h后为衰亡期;美极梅奇酵母生长的最佳碳源是葡萄糖,最合适发酵氮源是尿素,最佳装液量为100 mL/250 mL,最佳接种量为2%,最佳初始pH值为5.0,最适温度为30℃。 The purpose of the study is explicit to optimun the condition for growth of Metschnikowia pulcherrima in liquid medium, to study on growth curve model of Metschnikowia pulcherrima, carbon sources, nitrogen sources, the volume of liquid, inoculating quantity, pH and temperatures effect on yeast growth by detecting absorbance. The results show that the growth curve model of its the lag phase is 0-10 h, the exponential phase is 10-22 h, stationary phase is 22-30 h, decline phase is after 30 h, and optimum carbon source is glucose, the suitable nitrogen source for fermentation is urea, the volume of liquid is 100 mL/250 mL, the optimum inoculation quantity is 2%, the optimal pH is 5.0, the optimal temperature is 30℃.
