鉴于目前国内食品安全问题存在的隐患,以及学术界对关于食品安全监测检验的研究不够深入,对黑龙江省食品安全监管与检测检验机制进行分析,寻求食品安全监测检验在体制、机制、检验检测方式、资源配置方面的有效增强路径,加强黑龙江省食品检验检测效能和食品安全控制水平。

According to the domestic food safety issues and risks at present, and the mechanism of food safety monitoring and testing hasn＆#39;t been studied. In order to seek the effective and enhancing path of food safety monitoring and testing mechanism, testing and detection method, recourse configuration, increase the efficiency of food safety testing and the level of food safety controlling, we analyze the current situation of food safety monitoring and testing in Heilongjiang province.
