摘要
超声波液相脱气技术是利用高强度超声波产生的"超声空化"现象脱除液相中多余气体的一种方法,是超声化学的重要应用领域之一。本文主要对超声波空化引起的液相脱气原理和脱气技术的研究进展进行了综述,并详细介绍了超声波液相脱气技术在冶金领域以及环境、化工领域的应用现状和主要成果,同时指出超声波液相脱气技术是常温条件下一种稳定、快速、有效且对环境无污染的脱除液相中剩余气体的方法,也是目前最有前景的一种常温脱气技术。
Ultrasonic degassing in liquid phase which is generated by ultrasonic cavitation using high intensi- ty ultrasound is a method of removing residual gas in liquid phase and is one of the important applications of ultrasonic chemistry. This paper summarizes the theory and application status of ultrasonic degassing in liquid phase, and introduces the main research works and results of ultrasonic degassing technology in the metallurgy field, environment field and chemistry field in a detailed way. At the same time,the paper points out that ultrasonic degassing in liquid phase is a stable, effective and rapid degassing technique free of pol- lution, and it is the most promising degassing technology at room temperature condition.
