摘要 在复杂的航空维修系统中,各人为因素相互之间存在着不同程度的依赖和反馈,但是目前大多数人为因素定量方法假设各因素之间相互独立,从而不能有效地分析出关键的人为因素。本文将决策试验与评价实验室方法(DEMATEL)和网络分析法(ANP)相结合来研究航空维修关键人为因素之间的相互作用。实例研究结果表明:航空维修人为因素之间有着显著的相互作用以及自我动态反馈,并且在这些关键的人为因素中,安全和质量政策、安全态度、培训以及沟通扮演着重要的角色。该分析方法有助于更为准确地确定航空维修中关键的人为因素。 In the complexity of aviation maintenance system,there are dependences and feedbacks among human fac- tors to different degrees. But at present most quantitative methods of human factors are based on the assumption of independence, so they can hardly identify the significance of human factors in aviation maintenance. To solve the problem,this paper suggests combining the methods of decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMA- TEL) and analytic network process (ANP) to research the interactive relationship among the human factors. The empirical results show that human factors in aviation maintenance have significant interaction and dynamic self- feedback and, among the key factors, safety and quality policy, safety attitude, training and communication are pla- ying critical roles. In addition, empirical evidences indicate that the approach will help to more accurately identify the significant human factors in aviation maintenance.
