自固定补片与普通聚丙烯补片临床应用对比分析 被引量:14

Comparison of self-fixating mesh and normal polypropylene mesh in clinical practice

摘要 目的比较自固定补片与普通聚丙烯补片在Litchenstein腹股沟疝修补术后患者的手术时间、手术效果及并发症等情况。方法回顾性分析2011年11月至2013年3月,陕西省人民医院收治的单侧腹股沟疝患者24例,随机分为二组,每组12例,对自固定补片疝修补组(试验组)与普通聚丙烯补片疝修补组(对照组)进行临床对照研究,观察术后疼痛VAS评分、手术时间、术后并发症及复发情况。结果试验组与对照组术后4、8、12h疼痛差异无统计学意义(t=1.632、1.451、1.402,P=0.059、0.079、0.094),但术后24h试验组较对照组明显减轻,且术后1个月时有更好的舒适感(t=2.793、1.856,P=0.009、0.040);试验组手术时间(29±5)min,对照组手术时间(36±7)min,二组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.156,P=0.034);随访2~17个月,二组均无出现并发症及复发。结论在Litchenstein腹股沟疝修补术中,自固定补片相比普通聚丙烯补片可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,且手术安全,操作简单。 Objective To compare the postoperative pain of the patients by use of self-fixating mesh and normal polypropylene mesh in inguinal hernia repair. Methods From November 2011 to March 2013, 24 cases of single-sided inguinal hernias were randomized into 2 groups including 12 cases in each group. The self-fixating mesh for repair was used in the test group and the control group applied with normal polypropylene mesh. The postoperative pain VAS scores, the average operation time, the complications and the recurrence were observed between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the test group had less difference in early postoperative pain, but obviously reduced the postoperative pain after 24 hours,and the test group recovered better than the control group a month later, the operation time in the control group was less than the test group. However, the two groups had no difference in postoperative complications and recurrence after a follow-up of 2 to 17 months. Conclusions Compared with the normal group, the self-fixating proGrip group can effectively reduce the postoperative pain and ensure simple and safe operation in Litchenstein inguinal hernia repair.
