摘要
目的:观察分析奥曲肽治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:对笔者所在医院2012年3月-2013年2月收治的64例早期术后粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并按随机数字表法将其分成对照组与试验组,各32例。对照组进行常规处理,试验组在常规处理的基础上加入奥曲肽治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用奥曲肽治疗的患者效果明显高于进行常规治疗的患者,在临床上值得广泛应用。
Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of octreotide in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction after operation. Method：The clinical data of 64 cases with early postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospectively,and all patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table,and there were 32 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine treatment,and the experimental group were given octreotide treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：The effects of patients treated with octreotide were obviously higher than that of patients treated with the conventional treatment,and it is worthy of applying widely in the clinical.
