厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪与卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效比较

Curative Effect Comparison of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide and Captopril in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的:比较厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪与卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法:本次研究共选取62例高血压患者,将患者按随机数字表法分为两组。常规组患者服用卡托普利,联合组患者餐前口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片。两组均以治疗1个月为一疗程,观察治疗后的临床疗效。结果:联合组的治疗显著率、有效率均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年高血压效果良好,值得在基层医院推广使用。

Objective： To compare the clinical effect of irbesartan hydroehlorothiazide and eaptopfil in the treatment of primary hypertension.Method： A total of 62 elderly patients with hypertension were selected, and all patients were divided into two groups by the random number table.The union group was treated with irbesartan hydroehlorothiazide tablets.The control group was given eaptopril tablets.Treatment courses of the two groups were 1 month, and the clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were observed.Result： The outstanding and total effective rates in the union group were higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of elderiy hypertensive is good, is worthy of promoting and using in the primary hospital.
