桦褐孔菌提取物体外抗氧化活性评价研究

摘要 用不同浓度的乙醇、丙酮和异丙醇提取桦褐孔菌中的活性成分,筛选出高效抗氧化活性成分。分别用苯酚-硫酸法、福林酚法、氯化铝显色法测定粗提物中多糖、多酚和黄酮的含量,并测定粗提物对DPPH·的清除能力和FRAP值。用SPSS软件分析活性成分含量和抗氧化性的相关性,确定高抗氧化活性成分为多糖,与DPPH·清除率和FRAP总还原力的相关系数分别为为0.851和0.706。 With different concentrations of ethanol, acetone and isopropanol to extract the active ingredient, Inonotus obliquus screened efficient antioxidant active ingredient. Respectively, with phenol - sulfuric acid method, forint phenol, aluminum chloride colorimetric method determination of polysaccharide in crude extracts, polyphenols and flavonoids content and determination of crude extracts on DPPH . scavenging and FRAP value. Using SPSS software to analyze the active ingredient content and oxidation resistance, high antioxidant components polysaccharide, with a clearance rate of DPPH . and FRAP total reducing power correlation coefficient is 0. 851 and 0. 706, respectively.
