摘要
培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态是教育的重要内容之一。高校思想政治理论课是进行大学生思想政治教育工作的重要渠道,对培育大学生良好的社会心态负有义不容辞的责任。培养"90后"大学生的良好社会心态首先需要明晰社会心态的科学内涵,在思想意识上明确思想政治理论课对于培育"90后"大学生良好社会心态的重要作用,并以此为基础从心理学的视野对"90后"大学生社会心态存在的问题进行解读,结合理论与教学实践,从了解世情国情、解决心理疑惑,坚定理想信念、填补心里空虚,提供人文关怀、抚慰心理无助,加强心理疏导、缓解心理焦虑等四个方面帮助"90后"大学生养成良好的社会心态。
It is one of the key contents of education to foster rational and positive social mentality with self-esteem and self-confidence. The ideological and political theory course is the important channel to conduct ideological and political education for coUege students, and it has obligatory duty to foster good social mentality for college students. To foster good social mentality for“after 90s” college students, firstly, the scientific connotation of social mentality should be made clear, and having a clear understanding of the ideological and political theory course ideologically plays an important role in fostering good social mentality for the “after 90s” college students. Based on that, this paper interprets the existing problems of social mentality of the “after 90s” college students from the perspective of psychology. In addition, according to the related theory and teaching practice, this paper helps the“after 90s” college students foster good social mentality in four aspects: understanding the global and national conditions and solving psychological confusion; firming the ideal and filling psychological emptiness ; providing humanistic care and soothing psychological helplessness; strengthening psychologi- cal counseling and alleviating psychological anxiety, etc.
