眼眶巨大异物摘出一例

摘要 1 病例 患者女，43岁，于3013年2月9日因车祸致左眼部、鼻部外伤4h入院。查体：患者生命体征平稳。鼻背处可见长约5cm不规则斜行伤口，异物嵌入其中，末端外露约1cm（图1）。眼科检查：右眼未见异常。左眼视力检查不合作。
