摘要
将高温处理后的造纸污泥焚烧灰(PA)用作混凝土矿物掺合料,研究了其等量替代普通硅酸盐水泥后对水泥强度等级及对混凝土工作性、抗压强度以及抗折强度的影响。研究表明,不经处理的PA对混凝土的工作性和力学性能有不利影响;经过球磨处理的造纸污泥焚烧灰具有较高的火山灰活性,当平均粒径低于100μm时可以等量取代硅酸盐水泥而不降低水泥的强度等级,并且对混凝土的力学性能有积极作用。
As a mineral addition, the paper mill ash (PA) after high temperature treatment is used to prepare concrete. The effect of PA which substitutes the equivalent content for Portland cement on the strength of Portland cement, the workability, compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete is studied. The results indicate that PA untreated has negative effect to the workability and mechanical properties of concrete. The grounded PA has a high pozzolanic activity. Equal replacement of Portland cement by grounded PA will not decrease the strength of cement when the average particle size is less than 100μm. Meanwhile, it is beneficial to the mechanical properties of concrete.
