摘要
文章通过深度访谈获取一手资料,采用扎根理论研究方法,揭示知识型员工职场抱怨的成因,构建抱怨的影响因素模型。研究发现,影响知识型员工职场抱怨的因素主要包括制度、事务、人际、领导、物理环境、员工主观感知六个方面,并揭示了职场抱怨的18个具体成因。最后讨论了研究结论对当代知识型员工管理的实践启示。
This paper aims to build the model of complaining factors, by obtaining first-hand information through interviews in depth and exploring the causes of knowledge-based employees' complains at workplace through the methodology of Grounded Theory. The results show that the factors of knowledge-based employees' complains mainly cover six aspects, which are institution, affairs, interpersonal, leadership, physical environment and employees' subjective perception, It also reveals eighteen specific causes of complaints at workplace results to modern knowledge-based employee management.
