格列齐特联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病临床观察

Effects of Slow-released Gliclazide with Acarbose on Aged patients with Type2 Diabetic

目的：探讨格列齐特缓释片联合阿卡波糖片治疗老年2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法：选择68例符合诊断标准的老年2型糖尿病，给予格列齐特缓释片30～90mg每天1次，早餐前或后服用；阿卡波糖25～50mg餐时嚼服，每日1～3次，共观察12周。结果：治疗12周后患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、HbAlc、HOMA-IR均明显下降，HOMA-13明显提高，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：格列齐特缓释片联合阿卡波糖片能有效治疗老年2型糖尿病。

Objective： To observedetermine the efficacy of slow-released gliclazide with acarbose on aged patients with type2 diabetic. Methods： Selected 68 aged patients were administrated with slow-released gli- clazide and acarbose for 12 weeks. Results： Fasting plasma glucose, 2 h postprandial glucose, HbAlc and in- sulin resistance index（HOMAqR）,were significantly lower and islet-cell function index（HOMA-β） was im- proved than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： slow released gliclazide and acarbose can do well in the therapy of elderly type 2 diabetic.
