The paper describes the current situation of real estate market development in northwest district of Hunan Province, dividing the region into two parts：one is Zhangjiajie City, the center of tourist areas and the other is Changde City, the center of industrial area.It analyzes the impact to livable environment of the development of the real estate market in northwest district of Hunan Province, sum- marizes the development model of the real estate market, studies the rapid development path of the real estate market in northwest dis- trict of Hunan Province, providing referencefor rapid and healthy development of the real estate market of northwest district of Hunan Province.
