摘要
文章在研究平台建设管理与应用现状上,从管理机制和运转机制两个方面,来探索区域科技信息平台建设的影响因素,提出区域科技信息化建设的新思路。
Based on the analysis of managemengt and application status of the regional scientific and technical information platform, this paper explores influencing facors and new ideas of construction the platform from perspectives of management mechanism and operating mechanism.
