Discussion on project cost management of housing construction

随着经济的飞速发展和城镇化进程的不断推进,房屋的建设也不断加快,房屋建筑工程数量也在不断攀升。为了在保障工程质量的基础上实现经济效益最大化,很多企业都开始重视加强工程造价的管理。文章首先介绍了工程造价的概念及其必要性,然后,讨论了房屋建筑工程造价中存在的问题,最后,根据存在的问题,提出了房屋建筑工程造价的管理策略。
