摘要
根据成型塑件倒扣和筋容易粘滑块的情况,设计了一种具有加速和延迟功能的滑块抽芯机构。阐述了该机构的结构组成及工作原理,对机构的关键技术参数进行了分析,经试模验证:该机构设计合理,解决了塑件倒扣和筋粘滑块的问题,保证了塑件质量。
A slider mechanism with accelerating and delaying core-pulling functions was de signed based on the problem of the part with up-side-down structure and the rib's easily sticking to slider. The structure composition and working principle of the mechanism were discussed; and its key technology parameters were analyzed.
