摘要 臭氧发生器利用高频高压电源和介质阻挡放电产生臭氧,可能出现故障点较多,较难分辨,故障特征的提取和监测点的设置成为臭氧发生器故障诊断的关键。运用电流监测表征电功率变化值,配合温度变化的监测,根据监测点的监测值变化情况判断设备的运行状态,研究了臭氧发生设备的无人在线监测与故障诊断系统。结构简单可行,满足无人状态下监测的实时性和准确性。 In am ozone generator, high-frequency high-voltage power supply and dielectric barrier discharge are used to generate ozone so that there may be more points of fault which are difficult to distinguish. The acquisition of fault feature and setup of monitoring points becomes the key to the fault diagnosis of the ozone generator. The operational status of the equipment is judged according to the variations of monitored values with respect to the electric power and temperature. Non-manned online monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the ozone generator is studied. The simple and feasible structure meets the requirement on the non-manned real-time and accurate monitoring.
