摘要
针对门机控制系统小容量变频器电流检测环节,提出了一种逆变器下桥臂串联电阻采样合成电流的方案。基于SPWM控制方式,在MATLAB/Simulink软件平台和以TMS320F2812DSP为控制器的实验装置上,对三电阻采样合成电流方法进行了仿真实验,实验结果验证了这种方法的正确性和可行性。可以降低成本,减小体积,检测的电流不存在谐波,具有很好的应用前景。
With respect to the current inspection for the small-capacity converter of the door operator control system, this paper presents a scheme for synthesizing sampling current through serial resistors at the lower bridge arm of the inverter. Based on SPWM control mode, a simulation experiment is made on the 3-resistor sampling current synthesis on the MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform and the TMS320F2812DSP controller. The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the method, which can reduce cost and volume with no harmonics existing in the current under test. Therefore, it has a good prospect for application.
