教育信息化十年发展规划提出"推进信息技术与高等教育的深度融合,促进教育内容、教学手段和方法现代化"。文章在论述信息技术与教育深度融合重要意义的基础上,介绍了通过围绕新教学理念构建新型教学结构的方法,探索实现信息技术与教学深度融合的途径,并以大学英语教学改革为例做了进一步的说明。

The Ten-year Development Plan for Education Informatization proposes “promoting in- depth integration of information technology and higher education and increasing modernization of education contents, means and methods of teaching.” This paper first discusses the great significance of making in-depth integration of information technology with education; then it introduces the methods to construct new teaching structure based on the new teaching concept and explores ways to achieve the in- depth integration of information technology with teaching. Finally, it gives an example of college English teaching reform for further illustration.
