摘要
目的探寻快速原型技术应用于颌骨缺损重建的临床教学效果。方法利用颌骨数字化三维可视重建及原型、镜像模型制备,进行颌骨缺损重建临床及理论教学。结果学生对颌骨缺损解剖形态恢复和牙合功能重建的系统性和复杂性有更深的理解,通过模拟手术操作,对颌骨缺损的治疗和预后效果评价也有一定的认识。结论在颌骨缺损重建临床教学中引入快速原型技术能使学生较好地理解和掌握教学内容,提高了解决实际问题的能力。
Objective To explorethe clinical teaching effectiveness of applying rapid prototyping (RP) technology to jaw defect reconstruction. Methods By using maxillofacial CT 3-D visualized reconstruction, prototype, and image model preparation, we conducted clinical and theoretical teaching of jaw defect reconstruction. Results Students had a more in-depth understanding of the systematicness and complexity of jaw defect morphology restoration and jaw defect reconstruction. After performing simulated operation, they understood better treatment and prognosis evaluation of jaw defect. Conclusions Introducing rapid prototyping technology to clinical teaching of jaw defect reconstruction can make students understand and grasp the teaching content better and improve their ability to solve clinical problems.
